Remember name

Hi,

with the risk of asking a stupid question... is there a way for the Name (and any custom fields like Company) to be remembered on a client pc? If a user uses the Chat function often, they will get frustrated if they have to type Name again and again.

Hi, this has already request and I agree with you.
At the moment seems LHC does not support this.
