operator/admin logged in but chat widget sasy that service is offline

please when you write help post don't write the details only in the title.
Seems your message is "what could the problem?" without details.

Maybe you have activated an option in your department to ignore the statues of the operator and go online or offline in specific time.

Specific automatic online/offline time for department is not activated
