Live Chat covers menu on mobile

We use your live helper chat on our Joomla based website without issue. However, I noticed when displaying our site on mobile that the live chat moves to the top of the screen. By doing so, it covers up the menu icon and makes the menu so it is not accessible.

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

You need regenerate embed code and disable responsive mode during the generation.

I noticed in Google Developer Tools that if I added the following to <div id="lhc_status_container">:
width:200px;
float:right;

that it would appear correctly.

It does not appear to change the website view (bottom right) of the chat, but now I just need to know where to make changes so this saves.

You need create widget template and put on CSS space.

Hi, sorry for the quickly reply but I was busy and can't wrote all to do.
So I was hope you was able to reach but...
OK you need to go on LHC settings, Template Widget, create a template.

Compile all settings. You will find the tab where you can put CSS.
After saved you need to set the widget template as default ot generate embed code and select that template.

I must be blind or stupid because the options you describe are not in version 2.45. If I click on 'Settings' from the left hand menu, I have System, Embed Code, Live Help Configuration & Speech tabs. I have checked all of these and have nothing for templates. There is a Theming section, but no place to create one.

I'm not trying to be difficult, I just don't see anyplace to make these simply changes. I agree that a template or theme should be created so updating doesn't overwrite my changes but I don't see where to do it.
