Need Help box keeps opening

Previously, when a visitor closed the NEED HELP? box (lower right green box) it stayed closed. Like your site, you don't see it again as you go from page to page.

It just keeps opening.
Any clues?

i don;t know if this is an issue with wordpress template or Cloudflare cache
but
1. go to www.pianowizardacademy.com
2. close the box
3. click in menu Quick tour. It doesn't show up
4. Click Blog. It shows up again. Close box
5. click on LOGO to go back to home page. It shows up again

Sorry but, i executed your workflow and closed a widget in homepage and it never showed up again for me.

Seems managed to reproduce after one more try of your workflow. All thrust ration comes from invalid bug reports, or inaccurate reproduce steps.You can try to update to the most recent version, or just make this single line change.

In your case it would have been enough just cookies content on your reported pages...
