Can't login

After I upgraded the system started rejecting my old password, so I used the Password REminder and then the new password the system gave me but the login didn't work!!
It keeps saying there is something wrong with the username or password ... I did it twice and still same thing ...

What can be the problem?

do you have multiple user (operator) registered with the same email address?

Also are you sure your username is the email address and not a short name?
I think in password email reset should be reported the username also not only the password.

Remdex have maybe to implement this.
Remember to the user also the username.

As per your questions:

It was working fine before I decided to upgrade it and reinstall it after a malware injection ...

The software worked properly but for some reason, permissions maybe?
I can't login or change my password, if you tell me how can I override this and RESET the password in the database, I tried MD5 but that didn't work, it will be helpful.

Right now I am clueless and not able to log in ...
that's a screenshot of my admin's user, it's a full email address ... the other users in the system each use their own password, as the site owner, I have full control ...

Hi,
malware infection can be a big issue. Sorry I can't help here.
All seems work fine on LHC.

Also I cannot help you with database and password reset from database.
