Re: Image not showing in widget box

Hi,
thank you for your question in the forum.
You need to resize the image at the correct dimension.
You can see the standard icon size from live helper chat demo also in the live chat present on the livehelperchat.com website.
Seems the size of your icon is too big so this is way you have a bad look of it.

Re: Image not showing in widget box

If the image is edited by you and the icon is never showed you need to go into LHC settings, widget template and here set the icon.
If you need more deep support share the url where your widget is can help me to see and understand better the issue.
Thanks.

Hi,
please can you share the URL where your widget is? From here I can tell you where is the issue, maybe. Thanks.

Re: Image not showing in widget box

Thanks.
Your install seems to be not a clean install with default configuration. Seems you have edited something or you have created custom widget.
The image showed is this one: [URL removed for privacy by Marco B] and is taken from this same address.
Maybe is your hosting are redirecting this to this picture, maybe you have hot link protection on the server domain where you installed the LHC.

Re: Image not showing in widget box

Marcop B

Thank you very much. You are right the Hot Link Protection was the real problem. went and switched off the hot link protection. "Live Helper Chat" displays the Images correctly.

Once again Thanks for the Great help. You r the best.

God Bless You and the Maker of the Script. for the good job.
