Send a message from admin while operator offline not working
Hi. We are looking to manually start a chat from "online visitor" section but message seams not to be sent to the client if the operator is offline.
Is there a way to allow message to be sent even if the operator initiating the chat is offline ?

until you are not online is not possible invite visitor to chat.
