redirect to URL after successfull chat

Hi,

I am looking for option to send users from ended chat-session to a small questionnaire outside Live Helper Chat.
Does anybody know how or where this can be controlled from the source?

Hi,
at the moment if you don't want use the integrated survey you can create a predefined reply than send the message before ends the chat. This message can have a link to your external survey.
If you need customization you can find commercial support on the contact page of the live helper chat website.
