Hi,
visitor can send transcript to their email if the relative option is activated in the settings of LHC by administrator.

Operator can't actually send transcript of the chat.
If you want this function you can check here https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/issues if the request already exist or you can create a new one.
