Thanks for this nice applications :)

I want to use this LHC in one of my customer's site the requirement is :
1. When ever a user come on website and start chat the notification will come to operators mobile phone.

Is is possible?

Hi,
at the moment this is not available. You can configure a department to send an alert via email when a new chat is started.
You can find also in the forum a non official app for Android but never tested.

Also I install an Xabber Android app on my mobile. and configured the xmpp account, but did not get the notification.

1. How we can use the XMPP notifications.
2. Do you have REST API so we can use them our Android or iPhone Application.
