Newbie - Need help - Livehelperchat - chat initiation throwing errors!

Hi,

At the outset, congratulations for creating this wonderful and powerful tool!

I need help & I am a newbie. I am getting the following error when I try to start initiating the chat. Also when I try to post a message when I'm offline, same error crops up.

"Your request was not processed as expected - but don't worry it was not your fault. Please re-submit your request. If you experience the same issue you will need to contact us via other means."

It was working fine until today afternoon.

I checked web. As suggested disabled - "Use session captcha. LHC have to be installed on the same domain or subdomain" option - not working..

I downloaded the most recent version from github & created a fresh installation. - same error

Can you pls help?

Hi, This seems to be a strange issue. You are not online right now, I need try in a different moment to test on chat start.

Hi,
Thanks for immediate response. We work in different time zones. So catching each other could be difficult. Meanwhile the error crops up even when I'm offline.. I with try to stay online for longer time today.. Thanks.

Thank you, can confirm your issue. What version of Live Helper chat are you using? What PH version? Are you in Apache? Dedicated or VPS server?

My website is currently on a shared hosting linux server. I have installed livehelperchat from Softaculous installation. PHP ver = 5.6.

I installed it I think in end of July. Was working perfectly fine. Suddenly I changed some settings like adding logo etc and it started throwing me errors. I also upgraded wordpress version and plugins. Not sure if it had any issues..

Error message: "Your request was not processed as expected - but don't worry it was not your fault. Please re-submit your request. If you experience the same issue you will need to contact us via other means."

Both when I am online and offline. Users cannnot post any query

Thank you, using live helper chat in shared server can give you issue also some hosting in the Terms and Conductions don't allow use of live chat for hight resource usage.

Any solution found? I am using an alternative, but not happy

Live Helper Chat is the best!
