Chatbox works but... Live Help in loops forever

Dears,
we installed successfully the LiveHelper Chat and the Chatbox module works correctly but the Live help module doesn't boot up, continue to loop forever. Here in the screenshot you can see the issue:

Which one could be the problem?

It's not a server error. There's syntax error in files:
/var/www/html/c/cache/compiledtemplates/b09a70a68bd480c629149d8c5b622c51.php
and
/var/www/html/c/cache/compiledtemplates/a6e160be59ee0b1f604f77153d6491c8.php
(at least - that's named in my case)

$msg->msg = 'Auto responder got error:'.' '.rtrim(implode('; ', $beforeAutoResponderErrors), ';');
and should be
$msg->msg = 'Auto responder got error:'.' '.rtrim(implode('; ', $beforeAutoResponderErrors), ';)';

edit:
same error in same folder file named 71ffc784daa19ec7577b955f25c06644.php causing that client can't get responds from operator

And guess what? When you click Clear cache, everything resets I hope someone reads this and going to update us how to change it for good, not just temporary.

A clean install can solve the issue.

Seems you have issue but for now this seems not be an issue with LHC. No error and no bugs for me on that. All is working fine, difficult know what happen to your LHC install and why you have errors.

I did clean install twice. No success.

Hi,
are you in a shared hosting or VPS?
Do you use default settings or you customized it when try to see if work in a clean install?
Can you share the URL where you have LHC installed?

I AM in vacation so here I haven't a unlimited Internet Connection... but I will try to connect and reply you in the forum for solve your issue if I can help.

It's local inplementation on pure Ubuntu 16.04.  When I did clean install I have used default settings. Don't bother, you can't access it here while is local and still in develpoment. I'm going to find where it is. Thank you anyway for your help.

as you see in the left bottom it's working the right corner, not.

I checked also about the cached files, I have that:
