Closed Chats

I noticed all chats are staying in active or pending.  Isn't there supposed to be a closed chat column on the dashboard?  It mentions it in the documentation, but neither my install nor the demo shows it. It has transferred, active, and pending.  Am I missing a setting?

Hi,
If you navigate into LHC menu you will be able to find "Chat list" here you are able to see closed chat.

But according to Home page dashboard widgets order under chat configuration->Misc.  closed_chat is a widget that should be on the dashboard and it is not.  Supported: online_operators, departments_stats, online_visitors, pending_chats, unread_chats, transfered_chats, active_chats, closed_chats.  Is this a bug?

Good question. Sorry but I AM in vacation and can't test. If you have on your settings closed_chat and is not showed you should find the github link on the livehelperchat home age and open a topic on github about this issue.  Can be a bug but I cannot test now. Thank you
