Sevabot/Skype extension

Hello,

Thanks for this great piece of software, really like the coding style (haven't worked with php for a long time, but this looks pretty impressing).

Not sure if I properly configured the extension and how to debug it. LHC is working properly it seems, can use all other functionality.
The extension is enabled in settings.ini.php and if I add something to throw an exception in extensions/sevabot/bootstrap/bootstrap.php __construct(), it properly throws. So the extension is being loaded.
I have opened a new chat and uncommented the sevachat's test.php but here I get stuck - the event seems not to be dispatched / listened / not to execute sevabot($params), as I tried to output the params / throw an exception right there.
I opened also a normal new chat without the test.php, so in case the test.php is not working as expected.

How to use this test.php correctly and how to find out why the listener is not catching the event?

Edit: I saved the code from test.php to dispatch the event directly in run() after the listener and it worked. At least this test is working. So my setup is working - I received the msg via Skype.
Have no clue, why it didn't work before, but it does now. Thanks
