Visitor activity related issues

Hi!

Thank you for such an amazing software!

I have two issues, that I am unable to resolve. Please help me in resolving them. The issues are:-

> Whenever a visitor leaves/closes the browser window, his active chat should close

> Whenever a visitor leaves website, his details should be removed from active visitor window

Hi,
1. if visitor leave the chat chat it not close automatically. You see like in the phone a missed chat and you should close. If you want you can set a cron to close chat after a while but here I cannot assist you you have to see documentation and be good with this procedure who can be quite complicated if you are not familiar.

2. the visitor window show active and not active user. You have just to understand how LHC works. After the set time in that screen ex 30 minutes of inactivity visitor will be no more visible.

I cannot assist anyone to learn use LHC but I try to reply to common issue easy to explain how to fix.
