LHC has no sound on Android mobiles

I am trying to accept chats from Android Mobile phone and IPAD tests done
Issue is with the sound notifications for new chat invitations which is not working

Hi Dennis, why you are not able to accept chat?
Do you see any error? What browser are you using on your Android Device?

I don't know issues on accepting the chat from mobile. Are you using the web mobile address or are you using an application?

Please remember Chrome has a BUG who not make the sound work. This can be solved using Firefox browser.

The problem is just with the sounds invitations which are not coming on Android mobils tablets and IPAD

Are you using Chrome browser?

Please try to download Firefox on your Android mobile or IPAD turn sound volume to ON and try if sound now works.

On the top of LHC you have two sound icon, are this icon active without a bar? If this are disable sound are not reproduced.
Browser should be not closed for listen the sound can be in background and works also with the screen of the smartphone turned off.

What version of Live Helper Chat are you using?

Sorry but I AM unable to reproduce this issue for now.

Firefox is the best answer. I am sorry that I had my second trial with Firefox without increasing the volume and I made a mistake.
But yes Chrome and other browsers on my Samsung note are not working.

Thank you Dennis for your feedback. Sorry but this seems to be an issue with Chrome and maybe also the Samsung browser.
Before January 2016 Chrome was working well, after an update Chrome seems decide to remove the sound notification if the browser is minimized or not in first view.

You can test the issue maybe will be present not only with LHC but also with other chat software.
I AM sorry for this but this issue should be reported to the Chrome and Samsung support.

This is all information I have about this issue.
Also Chromodo who is compiled with Chrome are now affected by this bug. I have alerted Chrome, Chromodo and don't if they will fix. More users report the issue more will be easy will be fixed.
