Online Visitor List (action to the right)

I only see the Actions to the right (chat and trash can) as the Super Admin, but can't figure out where this option is to enable for other users. This is the page where you see and hear new visitors arriving and you can initiate a chat with them if you choose to.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, you need assign operator to department in the profile.

They are already assigned to the department. Click on Dashboard and you'll see 3 mini buttons above the filter boxes: an "i" a "smiley face", and "map marker". Click "smiley face". There you will see the list of people coming onto the site in real time. There used to be a right justified area where I'd see a "chat icon" and "trash can", but now it is gone - even for the super admin.

Have you edited permissions? Maybe is some settings you have changed.
