Critical failure

I downloaded from my site via Chrome to test my security and downloaded pages with many LiveHelper data.
I believed that there was a virus problem, but I downloaded the page of this support and the same thing happened.
This was not going to last.
They are numbered pages, unrated, only codes js, css and php.
As I said, until yesterday it was not happening. For I tests yesterday and this not happened with my website.
There is a way to solve this problem?
