OsTicket installation
Hi,
i was seeing how to integrate osticket with LHC but i can't understand where i have to install OsTicket in my webserver

Hi roberto, are you on VPS or dedicated server? Is suggested for the live chat and maybe also for OsTicket.
If you don't know where put Osticket, how to install than you have a big work to do and sorry I have not time now to explain.
You need just install OsTicket where you want on your server than learn to use filter inside the OsTicket admin panel :-)

Yes right 
After in the filter yu need create filter when email come from the LHC email use the reply email for open ticket
