Show Query in Pending Chat

Hi

Is there anyway to show the chat query in the Pending chat widget in Operator GUI?

I mean in Pending chat widget can it show the customer question as well as their name and department.  Some customers have a very important question and we would like to be able to pick that customer to reply over another?

You want give more priority to some departments? Or if you say you want give priority to some user in the same department just choose with chat acept before.

example customer question: I need police!
customer question: Where is the shop?
We would like to see the question before accepting chat to give help first to customer who needs police.

Is there anyway of displaying this without clicking the i icon?  Adding the question field in the widget is possible?

Sorry, this is no possibile. As you can understand will be difficoult have many pending chat with all question who can be also long. Maybe you can create a special deparment for urgent chat or different topic.
