How to put a link to FAQ's in chat widget

First of all, thumbs up for live helper chat! Exactly what we were looking for.

We have question though. When support is offline a visitor gets the message 'There are no online operators at the moment, please leave your message' with a small form in the widget. We tried to put a link to the FAQ's in the message line (There are no online operators at the moment, please see our FAQ's or leave your message) but it doesn't become a hyperlink and shows up as plain text instead.

So we don't want a user to be redirected immediately when support is offline but we want to insert a link to the FAQ's in the 'There are no online operators at the moment, please leave your message' line in the widget. How can we do that?

Good question, sorry I cannot help you with that. Is a "know issuw" for me on LHC you need a reply from the chat owner.
