embedded widget js file is blank

Hi,


I have copying the code from
HOME BROWSE OFFERS HTML CODE
and placing in today the html of a different domain website on a different server
when you view that page you can see the below script is being requested with 200 code ok status
http://domainwherelhcisinstalled/livehelperchat/index.php/browseoffer/getstatus/(size)/450/(height)/450/(units)/pixels/(showoverlay)/true?r=&l=%2F%2Fwww.domainofwebsitewithdiget.com%2F

So that seems correct to me, but the script provided is blank, chrome says "request has no data response available"
I have cleared cache inside lhc but the problem still exists.
Any advise would be appreciated

If there is no matched offer, empty response is returned.

OK thanks, so what needs to be matched? I read the documents but cant seem to find anywhere I need to include domains or such?

Oh found the widget section now and that code works.
Could you please explain that the browser offers mean?
