user options send email transcript and print chat
Can these options be shut off with admin anywhere? or code changed to control these options?

Hi, thank you for your post and interest in the live helper chat.
You can turn off this option by going into setting >> live help configuration >> chat configuration >> misc
you will find:
Disable chat print
Disable chat transcript send
