Hi

I have server working well but sometimes I when in admin section no data is displayed, no online operators, no active chats or pending chats, no data. After a while it all works. I see in console 503 so seems something is timing out. If I use desktop client all is ok, also this can happen to some operators but not all. Help please.

Hi, thank you for your post.
This is a strange issue. Are you in a shared hosting? Maybe connection Issue of the server or too less resource can cause this.
What browser are you using? With version, the last?

What is your LHC version?
Maybe also when you see all empty and think this is an error check your error log file.

I dont have access currently to error log I will soon. No shared server. mysql db on seperate server but appears no problem as can access user data, config etc just no live data. Chrome browser. Latest version 2.46. Server has local and fqdn both same issue if login with both urls.

this happens if I login to the local url or the public url. I alos now see 500 error. Then live data can come back for no reason and later disappear. Could it be server load? thanks for help.

I cannot assist on local installation, only web server. Also if you see error 500 you should check server error log file.

Seems you are using local install. I cannot help with local.
You should try online, sometimes online fix all problem.

Seems an issue related to the cache folder, you can search the error on the web but in local I cannot assist you. Sorry.

Hi,
Seems your Embed code contain a local host URL not a website URL.
Have you moved LHC from local host to web?
Seems you have done something can create issue on LHC.

From your website I see the Embed code is a localhost embed code not a web code. I suppouse you have tested LHC on local host before put it online,
maybe the transfer from localhost to web create issue.

You have to know how to migrate from localhost to web if you decide to try before an app on localhost.
Error 503 is a server error https://www.lifewire.com/503-service-un … ed-2622940 seems you can have also server or hosting issues,
maybe.

Your live helper chat seems to be online but your embed code seems be generated from a localhost installation.
Seems you have migrated Live helper chat from localhost to webserver and this create the issue:

Yes, but, it's another test (first test with local script work fine), i was delete this script, but problem persists...

I can't generate script with online server installation because show error 503, as shown in the screenshot...

The error 503 is not related to Live helper chat but to your server configuration error or because you moved localhost to web badly.
If you want you can share URLS here and I can check but in your image URL are censored so I cannot check nothing.
I have checked your website where I found a localhost embed code.

You have to be expert or know what you are doing if you are thinking to move an installation from localhost to webserver because you can have issue.
In that case support are not free but there are commercial support.

We did not move the installation from local to online, we performed the installation twice on the server, and the two times the same problem appears ...

As I told your Embed code was a localhost Embed code and not a webserver Embed code.
Now your issue seems to be resolved as you have changed the Embed code.
