App does not work on HTTPS

Hi,

i have a wierd problem.
I have this app installed on one server where i also had my website, but now i moved my website to a new server and bought a SSL certificate.
The App does remain on the old server, but now the App and the website do not connect, wich means i get absolutly no data back to the App.

Can i fix this without movin the App to the same server as the Website is now?

Hi MDY88,
move an existing installed app from old domain or server to a new one can be complex.

HTTP domain is different to HTTPS domain, maybe if your server is configurated to redirect all or LHC links to HTTPS the chat will work but only if the domain remain the same. If the domain change is quite complex you need edit databases.. I don't know really how to do you have to keep a backup and try
