Do not create a server ssl in expansion node js helper. There are some other settings?

Sorry, not sure I understood. But it's possible to use SSL mode with nodejs helper extension.

For force SSL you need know how to do in your server :-) is not related to livehelperchat force SSL.
Also as remdex says your request is not clear here. Post not detailed and clear. :-)
