Live help embed code not working

Live help embed code for Widget embed code keep asking for permission 777 for cache subdirectory while already have that permission.

When I try to access it from the embed widget the following error display

Installation

You will need to grant write permissions on any of the red-marked folders. You can do this by changing its username to your web server's username or by changing permissions with a CHMOD 777 on the displayed files/folders.
Checking folders permission
I can write to "cache/cacheconfig" directory     Yes
I can write to "cache/translations" directory     Yes
I can write to "cache/userinfo" directory     Yes
I can write to "cache/compiledtemplates" directory     Yes
I can write to "settings/" directory     Yes
I can write to "var/storage" directory     Yes
I can write to "var/userphoto" directory     Yes
I can write to "var/storageform" directory     Yes
I can write to "var/storagedocshare" directory     Yes
I can write to "var/storagetheme" directory     Yes
I can write to "var/tmpfiles" directory     Yes
Is the php_curl extension installed     Yes
Is the mbstring extension installed     Yes
Is the php-pdo extension installed     Yes
Is the gd extension installed     Yes
Is the json extension detected     Yes
Is the bcmath extension detected     Yes
Minimum 5.3 PHP     Yes

Can anyone have the idea on how to solve this?

What kind of permission?

As per the documentation, it said that var, cache and setting directories are the one need to be changed to permission 777.

Which directory need permission to be changed?
