Hi,
I would like to have a pro active message pop up, and then if there is no one is available to answer the question, force the customer to enter an email address along with their question.
I would prefer not to always ask for their email address as people don't like giving their email out unless they really need to, and chatting to someone on live chat is not one of those times. I only want to ask for the email if there is on one online to answer them.
is it possible?

I think a better way to work my question is how can I show the offline when no one is available to answer a customers message after a set period of time?
