Settings fixing visitors

Hello everybody!
Installed a new chat site and can not set the following parameters:
1. In previous versions of each visitor a fixed line and fixed conversion history in a separate window . Now every shift by the new fixed and therefore not trigger proactive invitations. Can I fix this?

In the past , each visitor was recorded one line ( Figure 1 )

and all its transitions are displayed on the site in the inner tab ( Figure 2 )

Now the same is recorded as a new visitor ( Figure 3 )

and is not ( Figure 4 ) in his contribution vnutrinney transitions Site

It can be as it was in earlier versions ? Or you need something to change the settings ?

Thank you for the tip with the domain . Yes, indeed I do not have . Proactive invitations started to work . Now , tell me where you shall see the history of the client transitions ?

All figured out . I do not put a check " to track users movement " in the settings
