En default language file

Hi,

There are a few grammatical errors with the default English.

I tried to locate the en language file, but without any luck.

is there such a thing?

I need to change the text "Our staff is always ready to help" for example and also "Pending a support staff member to join, you can write your questions, and as soon as a support staff member confirms this chat, he will get your messages"

You will have to override a template. Which template to override just search in github repository and you will know what template you have to override. As for overiding itselfhttp://livehelperchat.com/article/view/59
