desktop client not able to login?

Hi

I downloaded latest version of desktop client chat.

I use demo info

https://demo.livehelperchat.com/
User: admin
Password: demo

chat start and works.

when i adding my domain info its do nothing.

no alert nothing any suggestion?

please be more specific when you ask for support.

As you can see from the download page here: https://livehelperchat.com/article/static/5
you can have chat client for Windows or for MAC.

So what you downloaded?
Also if you want help I need to know maybe your chat address,
maybe you put in wrong way.

Webchat is working well? Are you able to login in web version and all works in web version?
The client (Windows) have some issue for example if you reply to a chat and you are chatting with visitor the visitor will not see you are writing a message until you don't send a message.

This issue is not present if you use the web version.

I too am having this issue.

The demo works, however the QT 5 Windows Client does not allow me to log in. When I enter my credentials and site URL, and click Ok, nothing happens. The box stays there, and nothing happens. No error, no connection, nothing. I've tried different formats of URL, such as with and without http:// but all with no luck.

The Windows software are very limited and not updated from much time. I suggest to use web interface with Firefox (Chrome have bug) and activate notification. Sorry if you are unable to log in with the windows software I cannot help you. Maybe just remind you you don't need to put /site_admin/ part in the address (Windows software) just the address of the chat. If not works I suggest to use web interface.

That's what I was doing but unfortunately it's not working. I really hope that the developer could work on the Windows software; I'd go as far as paying a monthly fee.
