Feedback, rating comments and/or post-chat surveys either within chat.

Hello,
I have a question, can be possible to have the ability for the user to provide feedback after a chat, I mean to have rating comments and/or post-chat surveys either within chat window or via email?

thank you for your post!

At the moment is supported a Survey where user can rate with stars... there are no possibility to let user leave written feedback but you can create for now a canned message to send to the user before chose the chat so maybe here you can put a link to a custom page you can create to let user express the feedback.

For sure will be better if LHC can add a field where user can write their impression but for now there are some BUG who has the priority to be solved and is open from January.

You can create the survey in the settings and select when you generate Embed code so will be showed to the user at the end of the chat.
