Subdomain $_SESSION closing after refresh

Hello there,
I using your LiveHelperChat on my website. Everything is working fine except my subdomain. On subdomain if you refresh page or if you go to some link on the subdomain, chat will be closed. I'll be grateful for any advice or help. Thank you!

Hi, is not good open a GitHub issue and also a topic in the forum. Topic in the forum is enough.
GitHub is for BUG or feature requests.

Chat is closed for your wrong LHC settings because maybe you have checked option who should be not checked in settings Misc.

I'm really sorry for that. I didnť know. Anyway, thank you so much, it was just bad settings as you mentioned. Now everything is working. Thank you !
