Where do I change the statements "Fill out this form to start a chat"

Hi Dennis, in the pop up you can't change.
In the widget you need create widget template from settings and use as default or use Embed code with that template (when you generate Embed code you have dropdown to select the desidered theme).

A feature request to be able to edit the sentence also in the pop up is already opened in GitHub.

yes, but my concern is that it may be required for us to mention to the visitors to hit <enter> after typing the message, because there is no send button seperately on a popup .

otherwise one needs to include the send button

Dennis, I suggest to take many time and navigate in the settings of LHC.

I can only help with basic support for free, I cannot customize install for each user. Look and you will find the way. This is open source ... support are limited.
