Transfer hosting liverhelperchat

please be guided when I moved from this server website via another server , it seems liverhelperchat was inoperable . Thank you!

Hi hoangblue,
there are commercial support for this.

If you now have new server consider to try a new install or try to transfer the old chat but you should know how to do.
For free is difficoult you can find help with a complex chat transfer from one server to another if you are unable to do also there are some question like: domain of chat is the same or is different? If the domain or address of the chat changes there are more complex edit to do in the database.
