Redirecting client to another page.

I'm sorry for first post Marco B.

I need to redirect the client page for questionnaire that I developed . In which file can run the command to redirect the client page after the server close the conversation with the customer ?

The close chat button is what you are looking for.

I think is not possible but you can consider the idea of create a canned message with the link so at the end of the conversation you can send the message with the link to the survey or you can decide to have a ticket opened for all chat so you can send via email the link in the ticket closure message.

At the moment I cannot help you to realize a redirect at the end of the chat.
If you really need this you can try to find the right way yourself or considering commercial support:
