Hi coolbaboon,
thank you for your post. This is really an issue with your LHC and I can imagine is not nice to find this issue.
Usually the update process should not create this kind of issue.
Have you updated LHC recently?
What was the version you have before the update?
What is your actual version?
Do you have made a backup before the update process?
My suggestion is check your server error log file for see if you are able to find the issue.
For solve this issue you should try to download again the last version of Live Helper Chat 2.46 but actually I don't suggest to update to version 2.46 if this bug "Redirect user to contact form create a wrong widget offline page." is creating some problem for your install.
I AM waiting this bug will be resolved before update to the last version of LHC I AM using version 2.40 who is the most recent version not affected by this bug of offline form.
After downloaded again version 2.46 or 2.40 be sure to have downloaded well without error or internet connection breaks than extract the zip file.
Now you need follow the update procedure: https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/63
Here also be sure all file are transferred correctly.
Now your LHC should work, IF NOT I think the only way to fix is resume an old working backup.
I believe something went wrong during your last update process. The issue can be in your LHC or in a modification of your server configuration.
I AM very sorry to hear you have this annoying and problematic issue who make you unable to access the config. of LHC.
Hope you will be able to fix asap your issue.
Have a very great time!
