Embed survey at the end of the chat

Best regards, that way I can embed a survey at the end of the chat? I need to ask the customer about the quality of chat, thanks

Hi franskferdinand,
You have to create the Survey in the LHC settings (relative Survey voice) after do that you need go on Embed Code, generate a new Embed code where you select the Survey from Drop Down menu than replace with your "old" Embed code.
