Problem With Displaying LHC Widget Inside Web Page
Hello)
I've installed LHC 2.45 on my web site but when I click to widget I see my mobile version of site but not the chat.
Chat opens in a new window properly.
ChatBox is working properly inside the page.

Your issue is not relative to Live Helper Chat, or better, I will explain.
The issue is on your website code / template or script you have putted.
Just see the source code of your page, search for LHC you will find just before the LHC script you have another script code.
I don't know what is.
I have tried to copy your LHC code and paste into http://htmledit.squarefree.com/
and if you click on the widget you will see all works fine so is your website code, something you add in wrong way, is not an issue relative to LHC.

I think it's doesn't depend on my scripts.
Now when I have deleted <meta charset="utf-8"> the chat is working properly, but encoding of all site is not right.

Your site seems to have issue somewhere in the code.
As I told if you put the LHC code into external site like http://htmledit.squarefree.com/ all working fine.
So the issue is something in your template.
This is my opinion.
Hope you will be able to find the right place where do correction.
