Multi browsing not working

How do i enable multi browsing i.e log in on same account from different PC's and get chat on both ?.

There are commercial support for advanced configuration.
The forum is the right place but this is an open source project, free support are limited.

Also I think your topic here is not well written.
Short message, for understand well the issue I need also read the title because in the message no easy understand.

I AM not English and my English is little but I think I can't at all understand what you wrote.

So consider someone take time to reply to you, if you post a support request be detailed and explain well as I think you want have a reply written detailed and not two words.

Maybe can be also the issue on understand your topic is only mine... however I cannot teach using LHC to every one.

Please let me know if some one of you guys can help me with this. And here it is me writing in detail.
When i log in from one computer chat works fine, but when i log in from another computer with the same agent account that means now two computers have same agent account logged in on them. Now what happens is if chat comes only one computer receives and accept it the other computer cannot see it. What i want is because both computers have same account logged in then both should be able to see the chat running chat. Thanks

Well, now is totally different. In your first post I was unable to understand you.
Now i have clear understood what you are saying and asking.

I think for this you need create an Issue on GitHub at the address: https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/liveh … issues/new
by providing the text of the last your post here. Maybe include also the link at this topic.

What version of LHC (Live Helper Chat) are you using? Include also this in Issue on GitHub.

Maybe before open an Issue on GitHub you should test if the same issue can be reproduced also in the demo of Live Helper Chat:

If you are able to reproduce than should write a complete report with the step to reproduce in the GitHub Issue.

I alert you, solution will maybe not provide soon so I suggest to use different operator for now, just for solve your issue if you are able to reproduce the same in the demo.

I think this should not be an issue with LHC or demo will not works as there are only one operator... so maybe this is not a BUG but something in your side.
