lhc suddenly stopped working

Hi,

We have your chat installed here:

Over the weekend it's just stopped working!

It doesn't appear on the website any more and when you try to log into the admin panel is just throws up this error message:

The www.encounterstravel.com page isn’t working
www.encounterstravel.com is currently unable to handle this request.
500

We haven't made any changes to the chat script or to the website, it's just stopped working for no apparent reason!!!

Any suggestions on what might have happened?

Hi utwtravel as I see is loaded a white page for the chat and also for the admin page.
Admin log in are not showed and is show a blank page.

This is an issue with your server. Maybe your server has update something?!
Are you using Apache? Maybe suPHP are disable?

For understand better the issue you must check your server error log file and find error log for livehelperchat.
If you don't see any error there are no solution. You should find some error in the server error log.

Hi, for security reason is better do not expose your phpinfo in the public.
You need check error log file in your server, show to me phpinfo does not help.

there doesn't appear to be any references to live helper chat in the php error logs.

utwtravel you have to load live helper chat white page so error are logged, after you need check error log.
If you do not find any error sorry, you need to resume a backup or do a new installation.

I cannot help more than this.
Usually in my case I see all blank when I run Apache with SuPHP enable and I forget after the update of Apache to reactivate SuPHP.
In all cases you should see error logged in the server error log.
IF not sorry seems I AM unable to help you and can only suggest to resume a working backup or reinstall chat application.
