Node.js/Socket.io Issues, Please Help

I try to configure Node.js to my server as the documentation said in https://livehelperchat.com/node.js-supp … -255a.html

It shows errors I can not fix in chrome console log.

403 Forbidden, socket.io.js

My configuration is attached.

We can not use Google js cdn in China.

Please help me to solve it.
