Message delivery fails

Hi I have installed ejabberd on windows 7 Professional. I am currently using "Pidgin" to test one to one chat. I have connected MS SQL database. The issue that I am facing since day one is that few messages don't get delivered even if the user is online and there is error that I can see "Conference room does not exist (Code 404)" and to my surprise this is one to one chat. So can anyone please help me with this.

Hi himanshuFinoit,
there are no conference room in Live Helper Chat so that error is no relative to Live Helper Chat as from what I know.
Are you on shared hosting?

Shared hosting can have issue or deny rule in condition as a live chat should installed in a VPS or dedicated server.

Hi Marco B,
Thanks for showing concern. I am not using anything that you mentioned above. I am using "Pidgin". Though I was able to resolve the issue few days ago. But still thanks.
