Proactive chat window translation

Hi buddies!
How can i translate this line in Proactive chat windows: Min 8 characters

I enabled phone required field in the proactive chat option but cannot find where to translate that text line.
Any help? Thank you!

thank you for your post in the live helper chat forum!

You need to look into translation folder, find the folder of your language, maybe download that folder and with an editor (on Windows Notepad++" search in the text file for that line. So if you see how sentence near are translate you can understand also how to translate this not translated sentence.

If you are unable to find the English sentence in your text file of your language that means there are no available translation for this and as user... I AM unable to help you.

I found it, edit in defaulttheme\tpl\lhchat\readoperatormessage.tpl.php

this is a system file necessary for the correct work of LHC.

If you found here the string and changed works for you is ok. Maybe you will not have anymore that string available in English if you change here so usually prefer to told to people... the language (translate language) is in the language folder.

Other methods didn't work so i had to search for that string in the source code

I know will be nice can have a section or a place where edit english text to.
Anyway you can find the system file to edit but is at your risk, LHC may have issue if you edit the wrong part smile
