cookie not deleted

i install this app in subdomain but when admin close ticket, user cant send any more support message because cookie dont deleted from general subdomain, do you have any solution for this problem?
i instaled this app in : sub.example.com
and use in example.com

thank you for your post in the Live Helper Chat Forum!
Are you using OsTicket extension?

If you have issue on reply ticket is an issue related the ticket system, I Think, this is live chat not Ticket System.
Live Helper chat has only the possibility to let open a ticket in external ticket system but if you have issue on ticket after has been created this is issue on your ticket system not in Live Helper Chat.
