Hi everyone.
As the title says, I want to make a live chat web application.
It is to be like the kind of chat found on some ecommerse sites- one to one, and between a visitor to the website, and a member manning the other side. This will be the sole role of the site though- it's not part of a store, etc.
Transcripts of all conversations are to be saved to a database.
When there is no one available to chat to a visitor they are to be placed in a hold queue.
Now, I'm using Live help chat, but it can't slove Ecommerse One to one, So I have built chat server Xmpp ( Openfire ).
My questions:
1. Livehelpchat can using for chat One - One ?
2. I can Using Livehelpchat with Xmpp Server ?

Why are you asking if Live Helper Chat who is a live chat, is one to one chat live a live chat founded in e-commerce websites?
Live Helper Chat support chat with visitor (operator - visitor) and chat from operator to operator.
Just see the demo, read the documentation or test Live Helper Chat and you will see if is what you are looking for.

You need to be able to configure Live Helper Chat for make XMPP work.
I never use XMPP so I cannot help you more about this.

May i ask something more.
Can i make many (maybe 2 ) livechatbar and ember them to my Ecommerce Website.
One for Admin support
One for Customers who have E-Shop on may Website.
When visitor want to ask about customer's who using e-shop products, Visitors chat with Them without admin support.
I mean, LHC can have multi-tabs on website, for Owner website and for each customer who have E-Shop on my website.

Hi sonbd,
when you are in the Embed code page (where you generate the code to put on your website for show the status widget to the visitor) you can select with CTRL multiple department.
You can for example create two department:
1. Customer
2. Admin
So in the customer side when you generate the Embed code you select to include only Customer department so when you put the status widget customer will be able to start a chat only in the Customer department.
In the admin side you have to generate other Embed code to put in admin side where you should not have customer Embed Code so here you select to have only Admin department so Admin will be able to start a chat only in the Admin department.

this is not possible in the way you want: with two different widget in the same page.
Also this is a bad look solution who make the page full of strange things.
You can do better with Live Helper Chat. One widget and two different department.
You need to create two different department: Agent support and Admin support.
When user open the widget have to select the right department.
You can also assign different operator for take chat from different department.
