Online operators

I have just installed this on our site and it is great.
when I'm at the dashboard I go to configure and check online operators but I do not see it in the dashboard.
I have unchecked everything else and then left online operators checked and the dash board is empty. Any ideas on this?

Maybe if is only an operator you need to give permission to see other operator online. Sorry I cannot find guide in the documentation. You need to see if you are able to solve this issue alone.
I AM just an user of LHC and in the past had the same issue. Sometimes there are things happening in LHC and is not easy to resolve.

Hope you will be able to resolve.
If you find the solution please remember to post here so someone else can be helped by this.

thanks for the help it got me to the right direction.

the setting I in chat configuration -> misc -> list online operators.
