Adding and Change text in widget

Hi all, this is my first time here.
And I want to thank all coders for this dazzling product.

Now my first question.

I'm using widget in different website with different language and I need adding some text when operators are offline and change pre-existent one with online operators.

Just for clarification

Is possible making different modification for widget eng and ita?

You posted a screen with the widget in Italian language.
Must things you need you can configure in settings, live help configuration and widget theme. You need create a widget theme and here you can decide offline text and add text where you want.
For add field you can do in settings, startchatformsettings, custom field.

Hi Marco! Thank you for the welcome and sorry for pics in non-english language.
I'm very happy to see an italian guy here, really.
Apparently all seem complicated but with a little tweaking I've noticed that we can discover lot of interesting things.
