got one customer message delayed 10 minutes
Hello,
I am using LiveHelperChat and it is running very well. I got every message from my customers on time and nothing wrong happened until yesterday.
One customer sent me a message using LiveHelperChat while I was online at 15:28:00, But I got the message at 15:37:00, which was 9 minutes delayed. This has never happened before and even when I am testing and trying to recreate this error, nothing goes into that way. Everything works well and I get every message from both myseld(while testing) and my current customer on time, no even one second delayed.
I am wondering is that error a bug belonging to LiveHelperChat or that is an error at the customer's side fault.

I think can be hosting issue, maybe network issue. Hosting network are not always perfect, some time may be a wrong connection more slow.

Thank you so much for answering the question! By the way, the customer is in Romania and I am in the United States. Is that going to be the reason causing the message transfer delayed?
