As of right now I have the message option enabled so users can "send a message" if operators are offline. What I would like to do is have that message go to my support email from the users address so that a ticket can be automatically opened for them. I've gone into Configuration - Email Templates and edited the "Support request from user" so that the From e-mail uses the user e-mail as from address, but I still get all emails from the address I have set inside my mail settings. I've gone in and removed everything from the mail settings and now the emails come through using my generic server email address.
Is there anyway to have it so these emails come through being from the users email address? Thanks!

Hi,
are you using OsTicket?
Is not possible set Live Helper Chat to send email as user (also because that will be SPAM email because you are not allowed to send email from other user email) but Live Helper Chat when send an offline message to you put the user email in reply as reply address so in OsTicket you can create a filter than when email comes from your LHC address OsTicket will look for the reply address and will open a ticket with that email address, so user will receive a ticket email.
